Past Life Regression

A session with Mary Jo combines a Past Life Regression, a Karma Clearing Ceremony and a Heart Healing Ceremony.  

Have you ever wondered about reincarnation or your own past lives?  A past life regression is a gentle guided meditation to help you see one of your own past lives. 

 Before your Past Life Journey, Mary Jo will start with an explanation of hypnosis if you have not had the experience before.  Hypnosis is a state like a daydream.  The conscious mind is still present, but it takes a step back and allows you to be aware of new things as you focus inward rather than outward.  You can easily focus back on the outside world at any time.

Next, we will do two original ceremonies.  

​Mary Jo has spent a lifetime recalling many of her past lives from the time of Atlantis to the present time.  The ceremonies are fun and interactive where you learn that joy and good intentions are the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.  We can create more happiness in our lives through our intentions.  In the Karma Clearing Ceremony you will learn how to clear karma quickly so you can embrace a new dream for your life now.  In the Heart Healing Ceremony you can decide what your happiest dream would be, and set the intention for its manifestation
